Larry Keel is an innovative flat-picking guitarist and singer/songwriter hailing from Appalachia. Raised in a musical family steeped in the mountain culture of the region, Keel began from an early age to forge a distinctive sound, taking traditional music and infusing it with modern light. With the acoustic guitar, Keel has brought the flat picking form to its highest level of sophistication and sonic power with his muscular, yet refined style of playing.
John Kadlecik is best known as the guitar-slinging sideman to Grateful Dead members Phil Lesh and Bob Weir in the band Furthur. An original co-founder of the group Dark Star Orchestra, John has been performing improvisationally-oriented shows regularly since the late 1980s and touring nationally for the last 20 years.
Built around a powerful voice and hard-driving rock ‘n’ soul rhythm section, Asheville, NC’s DownTown Abby & The Echoes has secured a fast-growing foothold in the Southeast music scene. The band connects to the roots of the music in the members’ hearts, looking to artists like Etta James, Sam and Dave, and the integral Muscle Shoals sound to light the way.
Sci-fi fusion trio Consider the Source defy easy categorization. With their blend of progressive rock and improvisatory jazz, soaked in Indian and Middle Eastern styles, CTS has a fervent following around the world, with fans ranging from jam-band hippies to corpse-painted headbangers. Check them out here.
This is a socially distanced event with pods spaced at 6 feet apart. Pod sizes are 10×10′ for 1-4 people, and 15×15′ pods hold up to 6 people.
